Well, my mom finally got a job- they fired that dork who used to run things but my mom is not sure how much longer she wants to drive around and deliver bulky and sometimes heavy, objects. I am still waiting on DARS to call me for counseling session. My guess is that there are many people who go to DARS and there are only two people who handle Workers' Comp cases. I might have a while to wait. I shall call tomorrow to see what the hold up is. sighs My biggest pet peeve- underemployed and under resourced govt agencies. Delightful. At least I am learning a lot. And I sure am getting tons of writing in!! My book oughta be written in no time flat. ;) Anyways, just to let all the great and fabulous people here know what is going on in my part of amystika. Wasn't yesterday a great day? Hehe I hope dear Criss had another good birthday and was able to celebrate something himself. It's no fun to celebrate early and then ignore the real day when it comes. I do thank all those who commented on my last blog. I appreciate all those beautiful words in my time of need. I dislike being depressed and I hope one day to never feel down again as long as I live. I do have some news. I am writing in spite of, or perhaps because of what is going on. What I don't know is will this become a book or will it be a short article? Hmmmm. Anyway, I can tell that I am writing about what it means to be a late bloomer in life. If anyone has a story they want to share with me, please feel free to PM me and I will be happy to put in in my book, man oh man I REALLY want to say I have a book out! lol But seriously, I don't want this book to be about my experience alone. That would be too selfish and egotistical. I know that there are many who feel like they are stuck behind everyone else. Any thoughts or ideas, PM me or myspace me if I am your friend there too. LLF

I carry my own beliefs but they are different from everyone else's and this is what I feel is true about psychics. You know why? Because I happen to know a few good ones and I am standing up for them!

I adore roses. And I think astronomy is the coolest subject in the world, and I would consider it a dream come true to have my own telescope one day. I took 3 years of German in high school but I have not used it since and I would love to take some language classes in German, Greek, Finnish and ASL. I have one older brother who is hearing impaired and he loves the martial arts. I also had a bout with depression in high school and I tried to commit suicide three times. I am not proud of it but I have learned that it's no good to hurt yourself just to achieve society's idea of perfection. I still struggle with my body image at times but even supermodels go through that. I am a fan of 80's stuff with Knight Rider, ThunderCats, and She-Ra being my favorites. So here I am forming my own sense of self and others. I am the type of person who knows a girl can be both feminine and a rock chick and in saying that I would love to learn to play guitar and get a degree in cosmetology. I am not a big sports fanatic and I do like my quiet time. I am drawn to people who are different and are comfortable to be individuals. I know I am an unconditional friend and loyal to the core. I can also be too honest for my own good; I would have never made a good lawyer, politician or illusionist although I think the latter does the best in the fine art of B.S.ing!! The secrets I'm good at keeping are those that are not mine (back to the too honest thing) I can be a perfectionist sometimes, carefree at other times. I feel like I belong here thanks hugely to Criss and my fellow Loyals (and Metallica Freaks) I think I'm going to fit in well here. =))
