Hehehe! A psychic here? lol (Updated 1/31/08)

Given what I am (other than one who wishes to use a gift to help others), it is hard to not see the irony about my choice. Many here do not believe in psychics and that is their opinion. I will not let others' opinions sway me from what I feel is right

Ok, I think many here know about my decision. I am updating on my previous blog. Myspace is a useful tool in many ways, it depends largely on how you use it. In fact some use it to try to find dating prospects. But I am not going to talk about that. I found a lot of wonderful gifted people on myspace. I already know one spiritually gifted lady and now I am fortunate to come across several talented people and I found and became part of 6 groups that focus on the spiritual matters that concern me most. I asked one of my new psychic friends, if she had any advice for one who is just learning. She said I should post an offer to do practice readings on one of the groups' boards and she told me where to make a free website and have people sign my guestbook.. I did. The first day I gave around one dozen practice readings. I think I did well on the first few. I feel mixed about doing those extra ones, just to take care of them. I also learned what helps me the most. Two ladies sent me a pic of themselves. I nailed the readings on the head that way. And those who were most impressed added me as a friend. Of course you want to know what these people wanted to know? Some only asked for anything I could pick up, others wanted to know about their love lives, their finances, career. One woman asked about a loved one of hers. Two more asked about what their spirit guides were saying. Another asked about her health. I could go on. In all, I think I had about 35 hits on my post and I am still working on them. It's funny, when I first started to post what I wanted to do, I felt that voice tell me "I hope you know what you are getting yourself into." Needless to say, I do feel a bit overwhelmed in answering these people who came to me. Many came to me asking serious questions about their lives although I distinctly said that I was practicing!! Some people chose to not put too much pressure on me by saying if I was still doing these pratice readings, to tell them anything I could find out, If not, that was ok. I want them to get something from me and I am working on my website, I want it to be perfect!! You can find it here: www.freewebs.com/angelictygress. ***(Updated) I was recently asked how I do my readings. Well, I rely on what I sense is right, as well as spirit guides who speak to me. They sound like playful and insightful parts of my personality. I also do dream interpretations. I also do a great deal of writing and I keep asking "is this right to say?" Often times, I just ask God to give me the words to say so I can help this person. I also have looked at pictures, and just felt something, be it the person was lonely and isolated or wanting to know where they belonged. And I was right. Usually the best thing is to combine everything so that a cross between a spiritual and practical work of art is created. To me, psychic/enhanced intuition is also both practical and spiritual. You learn a useful tool that will go dull if you don't use it everyday and you learn a great deal about what it is like to be wise. You learn from mistakes and don't beat yourself up about it just because you didn't become a God-like being, you just became a better version of yourself. So, in a way, intuition is magic anybody can do. I hope this clears up some things!! LLF
